Email

1. Open the drop-down menu in the top-right and select 'Account settings'.
2. Select the 'Account settings' tab.
3. Select 'Change my email address'.
4. Enter your new email and select 'Save changes'.
5. Follow the instructions sent to your new inbox to confirm the change.

Password

1. Open the drop-down menu in the top-right and select 'Account settings'.
2. Select the 'Account settings' tab.
3. Select 'Change my password'.
4. Enter your current password and your new password, then select 'Save changes'.

If you can't remember your password and need a new one, select 'Forgot?' so we can help you choose a new one.

Age, date of birth, gender, or full name

These can't be edited online. We're happy to correct or update these for you - just get in touch with the correct info.

Nickname

Generally, we won't change a nickname. However, if your nickname contains identifying information, we may be able to change it for you - just get in touch.
